Hey, Everyone!

I am Pilgrim the 24 year old Appendix Quarter Horse. My human mentioned the whole blogging thing to me a few months ago, but I never got around to it. But now, I thought it might be a good idea since im not ridden much anymore. Since my human is out working with the other horses all day, I dont really have to hide my laptop, ipod, and other devices under the shavings in my stall as much as i used to. So, I decided to start blogging.

Let me tell you about myself. I already mentioned my breed and age, so let me get straight to the other stuff... I am 15-3hh, and sorrel with a blaze down my face. I currently have a mohawk because of all of the flies and stuff... but maybe that will change soon? I used to be a grand prix level jumper... but that was a long time ago. I was never the star of the big shows, but won the local circuits. Well, enough about that. I was diagnosed with something my human calls Kissing Spines Disease. I don't really know what it is or what it does, but it makes my back hurt a lot. I cant jump anymore because of it, unfortunately. For a while I took up Drezzahge (how do you spell that??) but it hurt too, so now i just tote around little kids during lessons. I like that. It makes me happy, except when they start screaming when I poop. I dont know what the big deal is, but since they dont like it, i try and hold it all in. I TRY, that is. You know how hard it is to keep from pooping when you're full of alfalfa!

anyways, I dont have any pictures of me yet (my camera hasnt come in the mail yet! I hope they know which stall im in, and dont try to deliver it  to my humans HumanHouse-Cave thing. That wouldnt be good)...
